Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitor patient conditions regularly
- Assist doctors during examinations, treatments, and procedures
- Manage ICU/CCU/NICU patients with critical care support (as applicable)
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed
- Ensure proper hygiene, infection control, and safety protocols
- Support OT procedures and maintain sterile environments (for OT Nurses)
- Supervise nursing staff and coordinate duties (for Nursing Supervisors)
- Educate patients and families about care and recovery
Key Skills Required
- Strong clinical and patient care skills
- Knowledge of ICU/critical care practices (for ICU/CCU/NICU roles)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle emergency and high-pressure situations
- Knowledge of infection control and safety standards

Qualification & Salary
- Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM
- Salary (B.Sc. Nursing): ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
- Salary (GNM): ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
- Salary may vary based on experience, skills, and clinical expertise.
